I have always been drawn to solving problems and helping organizations to overcome barriers to success.
I fell in love with human-centered design while completing my Ph.D. at UC Davis. I was part of an interdisciplinary team of student design researchers tasked with prototyping new solutions to the problem of food waste on campus. I had no idea, then, I might be able to use my new skills as a design researcher to improve the learning expeirences I created in my role as an instructor and facilitator.
After graduating from UC Davis, I began working with the non-profit organization DESIGNxHUMANITY to create accessible and inclusive instructional design and eLearning materials. In this role, I learned that I could combine my passion for human-centered design with my apitutude for instruction and analysis. I dove head-first into the world of instructional design and eLearning development and I have never looked back!
I have over a decade of experience in facilitation, curriculum development, research, and analysis.
